General purpose Welding Blankets cover and protect body components and tires from welding splash and spatter.  Heat treated Kevlan-woven fiberglass can withstand temperatures from -50 to +1000 degrees. Two stock styles include sizes of both 5 ft. x 8 ft. and 5 ft. x 10 ft.

The Light-Duty 18 oz. Fiberglass welding blanket is suited for general welding applications where cost is a factor.  For extra melt-through protection, the Heavy-Duty 26 oz. welding blanket offers 40% additional thickness and is 25% heavier.

For alternate welding protection, we also have available flame and fire retardant WELDING SCREENS, constructed with a heavy-duty steel frame and a slip-on style curtain. Available in Cotton Duck, Laminated Vinyl and tinted Transparent Vinyl.  Sizes include 5'W x 4'H, 6'W x 5'H, 6'W x 6'H, and 8'W x 6'H.
