Construction

The Uni-Glide partition system is constructed with reinforced clear and laminated clear vinyl. Partitions are available in any height up to 40' tall, featuring a 52" high clear vinyl center panel (20 mil thick) that starts 25" up from the floor and a customizable top section. All partitions are fire resistant, which are California Fire Marshal approved and passes the NFPA-701 requirement. The panels will also resist water, oil, mildew, most acids and are extremely tear resistant. Each partition is furnished with two, 12" long Velcro strips sewn on the vertical edges to assure a tight seal and provide easy access.  Grommets are installed 12" O.C. along the top hem for maximum support and 36" along the bottom hem for anchoring.  And finally, a chain is installed 1" above the bottom hem for added weight.  Both the top and bottom panels are available in yellow, white, blue, green, red, gray and black.

Hardware

The rugged 16 gauge steel track, with 90 degree curved corners and 2-wheel industrial strength nylon rollers, are designed for smooth, fluid movement and warranted for life.

Installation

All partitions are supplied with hardware for suspended mounting.  Each 20' system includes a 4' 90 degree curve (as required).  Suspended mounting involves hanging the unit from overhead supports using chains or threaded rods (not included).  Simply hang the track and then hook the partition up to the rollers in the track.  Hardware for wall or flush-to-ceiling mounting is available at no extra charge.  Installation instructions are included with each system.

NOTE: All finished Partitons are approximately 2" less than height ordered, allowing for track and rollers (+/-1" tolerance), and 10% wider than width ordered for drapage.
